Description
Interchange-positioned relay yard prototype: 15 gross acres, ~11.25 acres surfaced, 225 marked semi stalls, fenced, gated with access control, security-lit, drained, plus a small driver restroom/break building for live relay/swap traffic. Aggregate-surfaced floor, same as the parking yard prototype (full paving is a separate upgrade). Direct-procurement materials basis (COGS only; install labor layered by the GC labor model). Adds a two-tank cardlock diesel fuel program: 2x 10,000 gal UL-142 double-wall ASTs with spill containment, high-flow cardlock dispensing, tank monitoring, and a concrete fueling pad. Jobber-supplied delivered wholesale (Winnie fuel study, July 2026). DEF/DPF services are third-party vendor-installed and carry no capital here. No canopy, no retail. Pairs with the iVerify interchange use model.
