Description
Interchange-positioned relay yard prototype: 15 gross acres, ~11.25 acres surfaced, 225 marked semi stalls, fenced, gated with access control, security-lit, drained, plus a small driver restroom/break building for live relay/swap traffic. Aggregate-surfaced floor, same as the parking yard prototype (full paving is a separate upgrade). Direct-procurement materials basis (COGS only; install labor layered by the GC labor model). No fuel system, canopies, or retail store -- parking/staging-weighted, not a truck-stop build. Pairs with the iVerify interchange use model.
